You've Got What it Takes to Succeed in the New Role....or do you?

December 14, 2016

In this article from Harvard Business Review, read the story of a CEO who was well-suited and the inside candidate when he rose to his position.  Once there, he lost sight of one factor (in this case, his relationship to power), which gave him problems.  To be a success, he needed to continue to grow.  And he needed an outsider to guide him.  In this case, a "friend."  What's holding you back from flourishing where you are, or where you want to be?  Who's helping you see that missing piece? And who's helping you develop it?
