CTI Certification Support Package from an Experienced CPCC, PCC 

      * CPCC=Certified Professional Co-Active Coach through CTI

      *  PCC=Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation (ICF)

Please note that any student starting CTI Certification after 1/1/2018 must contract with a coach holding the CPCC and PCC (or MCC)

In 2015 I developed the support program that I wish I had when I took the CTI certification program! In addition to maximizing the required hours with a coach with all the necessary credentials (CPCC, PCC), my program gives you the tools you need to get your practice organized, to assess and improve your knowledge along the way, to support you at exam time.  It complements the CTI program without duplicating it.

The package spans approximately 9 months-- beginning with conversations about preparing for certification, and continuing after your certification calls end (I schedule practice calls for you prior to your oral exam which is usually a few months after your certification program calls end).

  • 12 hours of Co-active® coaching to count toward the certification requirement*

  • 1 or more bonus calls before your program starts to give support, answer questions, and assess knowledge gaps

  • Pre-certification knowledge assessment

  • 2 virtual practice triads prior to your oral exam, including detailed feedback

  • Structured programming and tools to ensure you stay on track and squeeze the most value from the certification program including:

    • Sample session format

    • Discovery session format

    • Pre-work structure for clients

    • Note-keeping for coaches

    • Sample client contract

    • Basic tools for practices: dial-ins with recording capabilities, scheduling options, billing.

  • In each coaching session, your choice of emphasis in the coaching you receive:

    • Your development as a coach, including client issues, challenges, and the arc of the relationship

    • Your life, relationships, work, and home

    • Next steps for your practice building and marketing

  • Pre-exam study guides and support.

  • Mini-marketing roadmap

  • Celebration of your abilities, contributions, and achievements

*12 hours of being coached is the maximum allowed by CTI to count toward your 100-hour accumulated certification hours requirement.
