What do you want?

"I do OK, but I feel like I could be more productive/communicative/ have better relationships.  I want to establish some new habits."

Great! You want to be even better than you already are.  We are going to be a great match!  

And to truly improve, there is nothing better than instituting good habits. 

Imagine what it will be like when you are more (choose one) productive/communicative/have better relationships because you have mastered a new, good habit!  Will you have more time? less stress? Will you be more proactive, and less reactive?  How will things be different? 

You should find you have more energy.  That's because acting from habit is our brain's way of conserving energy so it can focus on more important tasks.  That's the neuroscience reason to get support from me, the coach, to establish those new habits!
